Here's a great way to educate yourselves on how much your home is worth. We can set up a search for you in the MLS that will notify you on a weekly or monthly basis about any real estate activity in your neighborhood. Right now there's a lot of activity in all the neighborhoods!! You will see new listings, when current listings go under contract, when listings sell and what they sold for, price changes on active listings, as well as withdrawn and expired listings. Over time, you will get a very good feel for how much the homes in your neighborhood are worth. You will be the most educated home seller in your neighborhood.
