Boeing has chosen Charleston as the location of it's new factory. It will mean about 3800 jobs for the Charleston area over the next few years. What a great city we have. Delinquent Tax Sales
There are currently 1437 properties up for auction at Charleston County's annual sale of properties with delinquent tax bills. There were 941 in 2008, 804 in 2007, and only 479 in 2006.
